When should I receive my Cashout rewards?
Cashouts to both PayPal and virtual currency should be immediate. If you are not seeing your rewards within a couple of hours, please reach out to our support team!
Why are my Cashout options grayed out?
You need a minimum of 5,000 points to cashout to Paypal and any virtual currency options you have. Once you reach 5,000 points in the Rewards app, the first cashout option will become available to you.
Will my points automatically transfer to the other app I take TapResearch surveys in?
No. You will need to go to the Cashout screen and transfer your points from here to any connected apps. Your account balance must be at least 5,000 points to cashout.
